Scheduling & Billing
Schedule your first session by sending me a message on WhatsApp or via the contact form, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your preferred times. Once we’ve settled on a time slot, I’ll send you further details, including payment info. Upfront payment confirms your first session. Sessions are billed on a per-session basis, and as such, all sessions are subject to a 24-hour notice period for cancellations.

Do you offer group classes?
No, not on-site at the studio. I offer private and semi-private sessions at the studio. However, I do offer online group classes to private or corporate groups. Contact me to discuss how to set this up.
Do you have class packages? How does billing work?
Classes are billed on a per-session basis. Upfront payment confirms your first session. Thereafter, if you book a regular, on-going slot, you will be billed monthly (calculated according to the number of sessions within the month). Please note that all bookings are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
I've never done pilates before, do you teach beginners?
Absolutely! I love working with beginners. I adapt classes to suit the level that you’re at, and all concepts and techniques are taught slowly and methodically.
I'm unfit / injured /out of shape - can I still book?
Yes! If you have you have an injury, make sure to confirm with your healthcare professional that you are cleared for exercise, before booking a class. I’m happy to work together with your medical team to provide support for your recovery. If you have not exercised in a while, then this is a good place to start. I can help you gradually build up the strength and technique you need so that you can confidently progress to more strenuous exercise.
How many classes per week is optimal?
Most of my clients do class once a week, with some opting for twice a week. What you choose depends on your personal goals and priorities. I can work with whatever works for you.
